[Eclug] How to create/define a phsical printer device via CLI?

You may have to do a "setserial" first to force a speed and parity and
stuff?

My dmesg shows serial8250: ttyS2 at I/O 0x3e8 (irq = 4) is a 16550A

Now to determine why cups will NOT allow me to reference it???
