[Eclug] Cogan Fair

Greetings,

    From time to time at the meetings we talk about getting a booth at 
the Cogan Fair.  It will be in Norwich next Sunday, so it might be a 
good time to think about it.  I would be willing to spend some time 
there if we want to do this.
